019. The thoughtless man, even if he can recite a large portion (of the law), but is not a doer of it, has no share
in the priesthood, but is like a cowherd counting the cows of others.
아무리 경전을 많이 외울지라도 이를 실천하지 않는 방탕한 사람은 남의 소만 세고 있는 소몰이꾼일 뿐 참된 수행자의
대열에 들 수 없다.
