Notice to Stop Goods In Transit

You are in receipt of certain goods in transit shipped by us and scheduled for delivery to:

A copy of our shipping documents is enclosed. You are hereby instructed to stop transit of said goods,
not make delivery to the consignee, and return said goods to us. We agree to pay return freight charges.
No negotiable bill of lading or document of title has been delivered to our customer (consignee).
* shipping document = 선적서류/ hereby = 이에 의하여, 이로써/ said = 앞에서 말한
* make delivery to ~ = ~에게 인계[배달]하다/ consignee = 수탁인; 하물 인수자
* freight charge = 운송료, 운임, 화물 운송비/ negotiable bill of lading = 양도가능 선하증권
